Are your treats homemade?
Yes - every single treat is hand cut and homemade.
What is the shelf life of treats?
All treats contain no additives, preservatives, or ingredients that spoil quickly. They're naturally preserved through dehydration.
Treats have a shelf life for up to 1 month. They should be stored in a dark, cool place (heat and humidity will affect shelf life). We recommend storing portions away in a freezer if you don't plan on feeding them to your pup within that time.
How many treats are in each bag?
Our regular treat bags have about 130g of treats. Our training bites bags have about 50g of treats.

Why are your treats wheat-free?
Wheat is a common allergens for dogs. It also provides no nutritional benefit for dogs and is mostly used as a filler in dog food. It also promotes obesity when consumed in excess - that's why we've decided against it as an ingredient in our treats!
Are Billy's Treats really healthy for my dog?
Like most treats, they are not to be a substituted for meals or used as medicinal supplements, however, they are packed with great ingredients for your dog's coat, skin, digestion, and stool. They are a great healthy treat option.
We don't use any fillers (like wheat, soy, cornstarch, corn syrup), artificial colour or preservatives, or sugar - though, not all of these ingredients are necessarily bad for your dog's health. There are so many other nutritious ingredients for your dog that we choose to fill our treats with instead (like pumpkin, oatmeal, coconut flour, flaxseed, and more).
Do you ship outside Canada?
We are currently not offering shipping outside Canada. Sorry!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to Covid-19, we are taking extra safety measures and sending packages out once a week on Tuesdays.
Free shipping on orders over $50.
If your order is over $50, free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
How does it work?
We process payment for your subscription on the 15th of every month. Fresh treats will be baked and shipped out that week.
How can I edit or cancel my subscription?
Log into your account from our site and you can make changes or cancel your subscription straight from there.
